I'm going to keep the four stars because I've eaten here quite a bit over the years and my meals are usually pretty good. I will say that my takeout meal yesterday though was BAD....really BAD. I ordered Shrimp Chow Mein and got shrimp with 50000000000 canned bean sprouts and NO RICE. I ate a few bites and yeah the rest, I'll be giving it to my dog. It wasn't good and it cost too much not to be good.

Hoy Yeung has one of the largest menus of oriental food in Hammonton -offering both Chinese and Japanese dishes. I've dined in and ordered delivery from Hoy Yeung, and every experience I had was amazing. The décor inside the restaurant is very aesthetically pleasing and the place itself is very clean and well-maintained. The waiters and waitresses are friendly and do their best to accommodate their customers. As for myself, I usually order the same thing every time, but their General Tso chicken is delicious, and they have a large amount of sushi selections (my personal favorites are the Eel Cucumber and Futo Maki). If you're looking to try something new, and are also looking for a great dine-in experience for Chinese/Japanese cuisine - definitely check out Hoy Yeung!
Good sushi with some fun names. I enjoy that some of the townspeople seemingly even made their own "special" rolls for the menu, too. I like going here for a lunch stop, because that's when they have the good lunch deals. AK-47 is a fair shot for trying something new (slightly punny there, forgive me), as it has an interesting combo of teriyaki salmon and chicken inside. The No Name, and Lee-Ann salad are also some good choices. The chefs appear to be swapped out every couple years, but when they have a decent one running, everything comes out perfect.
Solid Chinese and sushi place. It is my go-to in the area. The vegetarian Singapore thin noodles are delicious as well as the basic wonton soup. I'm often wary of sushi at Chinese food places but this place has it down-pat. Try the Big Daddy Japanese salad with some sushi rolls. Go today!!
